FAQ

DashCam Duo is not recording.
• Check if the memory card is inserted properly and there is
enough free capacity.
• Check the battery level.
DashCam Duo's image is blurred.
• Use a clean, soft lens-cleaning cloth to gently wipe the lens.
DashCam Duo has crashed.
• Hold the Reset slot by using a sharp pin for at least 2 seconds.
DashCam Duo's screen in blank?
• The screensaver is activated. Change "LCD auto off" settings
to "Off" if required.
• Check if the DashCam Duo is recording. If yes, press any key
to wake up the screen.
What if the memory card is full?
• Continuous loop recording automatically overwrites the old
unlocked files.
