Language & Input Method
In the App list, tap "Settings"
to open the system settings app, and select "Language & input".
Change language: Tap "Language" then "Add a language", and then you can change the system language according to your
preference.
Enable an input method: Tap "Virtual keyboard" then "Manage keyboards", and then enable the desired input method.
