Stile Pre-Loading (Mesh Bow Reduction)

Clamping Stile pre-tension

Screenguard Mesh may not be perfectly flat. In sliding and hinged applications, the mesh
can be oriented to avoid any potential fouling, however, in the case of stacking doors,
center screen must remain flat.
Pre-clamping the stiles as the wedge is inserted will allow the stiles to straighten the
mesh after releasing the clamp.
It is also possible to perform this pre-tensioning vertically rather than horizontally for
better results (increased tension), but will require a large clamp.
