Using C-mail

C-mail is a service that allows you to exchange mail with other au cellphones that support
C-mail using cellphone numbers. You can send mail comprising up to 50 double byte
characters by C-mail.
C-mail is sent to a cellphone number.

You can use C-mail without having to make any special applications in the metropolitan
area or the Chubu District. Users contracted in other areas must apply separately to use
the C-mail service.
As a part of spam countermeasures (implemented April, 2003), C-mail cannot be sent
with "184+send" (without notifying the other party of your caller ID).
As a part of spam C-mail countermeasures (implemented June 23, 2003), mail group
service was stopped. Transmission of group mail can no longer be done.
