Installing the video recorder

The following indicators and connections are found at the front of the video
recorder:

CAUTION!
• Install the device so that it cannot become loose under any
circumstances (sudden braking, accidents) and cause injuries to the
occupants of the vehicle.
• Never install the video recorder in areas where your head could hit it,
or in the path of an airbag. This could cause injury if the airbag opens.
• Insulate all connections.
• Secure the cables against mechanical wear by using cable binders or
insulating tape, for example on existing cables.
The installation location should be level.
➤ Affix the video recorder to a suitable location in the vehicle (e.g. in the boot or
under the seat).
➤ Affix the video recorder using the four fastening holes.
