Delete All Entries

1. Press MENU.
1. Select PHONEBOOK and press OK.
2. Select the phonebook, PRIVATE or SHARED, and press OK.
3. Select DELETE ALL and press OK.
The phone displays CONFIRM?
4. Press OK to confirm that you want to delete all entries.

Copying Phonebook Entries

You can copy your shared phonebook entries to your personal phonebook and vice-versa.
1. Press MENU.
2. Select PHONEBOOK and press OK.
3. Select the phonebook, PRIVATE or SHARED, and press OK.
4. Select TO SHARED or TO PRIVATE and press OK.
The phone displays CONFIRM?
5. Scroll to the entry that you want to copy to the other phonebook and press OK.
The phone displays the name.
6. Press OK.
The phone displays the number.
7. Press OK.
If the entry is already in the other phonebook, the display asks whether to replace the entry. To replace the
entry, press OK; to leave the other phone book as is, press BACK.

Viewing Storage Availability

Your phone keeps track of how many entries you have added to your phonebooks and how many you can still
add. To see these counts:
1. Press MENU.
