Any VoIP service used in conjunction with the Cordless Skype Dual Phone cannot be used for calls to emergency services or emergency telephone numbers (311, 911, 112, 999, etc.).     Phonebook The phonebook stores numbers that you call from your landline. It does not store Skype numbers; those are stored in the Skype contacts list. Your phone has one or more private phonebooks and one shared phonebook. A private phonebook is stored in the handset. If you have more than one handset, each has its own private phonebook.
