  • Page 2 Bolt Nuts Step 1 Step 2 Safely position the vehicle on a twin Remove the E-Locker fasteners (two post lift. nuts and one bolt) using a 12 mm socket. Note: We did this job on a twin post lift but it could easily be done with a floor jack and jack stands or it could be done without lifting the vehicle at all.
  • Page 3 E Locker Cover Modification Step 4 Step 4 Continued Mark the cover as shown. Cover shown properly marked. Step 5 Step 5 Continued Secure the cover in a vice and E Locker cover properly cut. along the marks using a hacksaw (or cut off wheel).
  • Page 4 Step 6 Smooth the rough edgers with a file. Note: We also recommend painting the exposed metal to reduce the risk of rust. E Locker Guard Installation Leave lock washer off Step 7 Step 8 Reinstall the E-Locker cover and snug Install the E-Locker guard and tighten the (2) attaching bolts.
