    1. INTRODUCTION The QU-14S Distribution Amplifier (splitter) accepts one HDMI input and splits this signal to four identical outputs. This device is compatible to v1.3 HDMI specifications, supporting ‘Deep Colour’ together with High Definition Audio. Each buffered output can run 1080p/8-bit up to 20 metres and can also be cascaded up to 3 layers.

    6. OPERATION CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS 6.1 Front Panel HDMI / DVI HDCP SYNC POWER HDMI/DVI Indicator: The LED will illuminate when the selected HDMI input source is originally from an HDMI output, the LED will not illuminate when the selected HDMI input source is originally from a DVI output.

    6.2 Rear Panel DC 5V HDMI IN HDMI OUT EDID EDID Control Jumper: Default factory setting is TV, leave as is if the display is properly. Switch to STD to use built-in EDID if the display has problems. When the EDID control jumper in TV selection, the unit will detect the first HDMI output source’s EDID and record in the unit.
