    1. Overview Drawing 2. Precautions:  For your safety, please read carefully and follow the indications: 1. Please do not attempt to dismantle or modify the product. 2. In order to avoid danger, please hold the handlebars firmly and do not stand on the bicycle or engage in tricks or stunts when riding the bicycle.

    2. Do not grind, drill or score a mark on the surface of the trainer. A big scratch, hole or nick will lead to cracks. 3. Please place the trainer indoors, keep dry to avoid moist and damage.  Adjust the bicycle Please adjust a proper height of seat pad and handlebar, and the angle of handlebar and so on according to your riding preferences.

    4.3. Unfolding/folding of rear support 4.3.1. Unfolding Rear support is rotated upwards until the latch automatically locates in fixed hole. 4.3.2. Folding Pull steel cable upwards and loosen the fixed latch.

    4.4. Assembly steps of handrail  Step1. Emergency stop button is fixed in horizontal tube of the handrail with C screws. The wire threads from the notch on the both sides of cylindrical hole of screws below and is pulled to the front end of horizontal tube. Upper and lower covers of emergency stop button are fixed with A and B screws.

Handrails are fixed on frame with screws F. ※Each screw is screwed into screw hole about 5~10 mm, and then each screw and nylon nuts below the vertical tube are tightened one by one.※  Step 4. Screws of upper cover for electric components are loosed and then removed from the frame.
  • Page 10  Step5. Thread the wire of emergency stop button through the lateral hole on the front end of the frame and connect it to the connecting wire of stop button of inverter.  Step6. Clamp both ends of exposed wire with cable clip G. Then, put the cable clip into the hole of handrail tube and frame for fixation.

    6. Install the bicycle on the trainer  Step1. Install dedicated quick release set on rear wheel of the bicycle and tighten with spanner H. Please note that: latch of bilateral end covers faces upwards. Latch of end covers  Step2. The fixed arm for quick release set of bike is vertical to the ground and then fit the round holes into bilateral end covers of quick release set.

    7. Precautions for use Before using, please make sure the 4 foot pads are in contact with the ground. If  the trainer still waggles, please adjust the height of foot pad. For safety, when you stop riding, please place both feet on bilateral foot rail. There ...
  • Page 15 In the case of emergency, press emergency button on handrail and stop operating  trainer. When resuming use, please turn emergency stop button according to arrow direction, and then turn off then turn on the power of trainer to restart.

    8. Adjustment of running belt When running belt is off-centered, please stop operating the trainer. Afterwards, please use 10 mm hex wrench to adjust hexagonal screws inside the plastic rear end caps. For example: when running belt is moving to towards the left, please adjust left screws clockwise for 1/4 turn.
