Motor goes down, but does not go up

The cause of the SelectBlinds ERB25 motor going down but not up could be due to the user not successfully setting the upper and lower limits. If the motor runs continuously in one direction, it indicates the limit was not set correctly. Re-setting the limits may resolve the issue.

The SelectBlinds ERB25 motor is beeping when the remote control is pressed because the battery needs to be charged. The manual states that the motor should be charged when it alarms or its operation falters.
