Captis Installation Guide March 2020 MOUNTING THE CAPTIS The Captis Metrum is designed to seamlessly integrate with Itron’s TD8 water meter, and can be installed following these steps: Pass the supplied mounting band around the TD8 and secure with the supplied screw and a 3mm Allen Key. - Page 7 Captis Installation Guide March 2020 Place the supplied Cable cover over the pickup and Metrum cable entry and clip into the attachment band to secure Screw the Cyble Sensor to the Itron TD8 water meter using the white plastic screw enclosed, and cover with the accompanying blue cap.

The Captis uses a non- rechargeable Lithium ION battery, and there are no user serviceable parts inside the device. If you encounter any issues with the device during its standard operation, contact your support team.
