Problem
POGS Bluetooth® doesn't
switch on
No audio playback via
Bluetooth®
No audio playback despite
Bluetooth® connection

Possible cause
The battery is empty
The Bluetooth® function of
your POGS is switched off
POGS and your media
device are not or no longer
paired (LED light should be
flashing every 7 sec when
paired)
The Bluetooth® function is
switched off on the player.
Volume has been set too
low.
Solution
Charge the battery or
connect your POGS to your
device with the QuickSafe
cable
Switch the Bluetooth®
function on (see chapter on
activating Bluetooth®)
Check all settings as
described in the chapter
Bluetooth® pairing
Switch the Bluetooth®
function on. If applicable,
refer to the instruction
manual for the player.
Increase the volume on the
player
