The term of warranty from the date of purchase/shipment is 2 years on the mechanical lift components, 1 year on the electronic components, and 90 days for the battery.

1. The Whitney Walker is to be used ONLY on level surfaces. 2. ALWAYS lock the wheels while lifting and lowering the patient. 3. Prior to using the Whitney Walker, the patient must be assessed by a qualified professional to determine the suitability of using the Whitney Walker with that patient. -
