Warranty
Rockford Corporation offers a limited warranty on Rockford Fosgate products on the following terms:
Length of Warranty
POWER Amplifiers - 2 Years
BMW® Direct Fit Speakers- 2 Years
PUNC H®
&
PRIME® Amplifiers - 1 Year
Spea kers, Si gnal Processors, Accessori es and Capacito rs - 1 Yea r
All marine, motorcycle, motorsport products- 2 Years
Any Factory Refurbished Product- 90 Days (receipt required)
What is Covered
This warranty applies o nly to Rockfo rd Fosgate products sold to co nsumers by authorized Rockford Fosgate dea lers in the United St at es of America.
Product s purchased by consum ers from an Authorized Rockford Fosga te Dealer in another country are covered on ly by t hat country's Distribu tor and
not by Rockford Corporation.
Who is Covered
This warranty covers only the original purchaser of Rockford product purchased from an authorized Rockfo rd Fosgate dealer in the United States. In
ord er to receive service, the purchaser must provide Rockford w ith a copy of the receipt stating the customer nam e, dea ler name, prod uct purchased
and date of purchase.
Prod ucts found to be defective during t he wa rranty period w ill be repaired o r replaced (w ith a product deemed to be equivalen t) at Rockford's
discretio n.
What is Not Covered
l. Damage ca used by accident, abu se, impro per insta llati o n, o pera ti o ns, th eft, water (o n non-Element Ready produ cts).
2. Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation o f product.
3. Service performed by anyone other than Rockford or an autho rized Rockford Fosgate service center.
4. Any product whi ch has had th e serial num ber defaced, altered , or removed.
5. Subsequent d amage to other compo nents.
6. Any produ ct purchased out side the U.S.
7. Any product not purchased from an au t ho rized Rockford Fosgate dealer. Refer to rockfordfosgate.com dealer loca tor for more detai l.
Limit on Implied Warranties
Any im pli ed warra nties includin g warranties of fitn ess fo r use and m erchantability are lim ited in duration to the peri od of the express wa rranty set
fo rth above. Some states d o not allow limitatio ns o n the length of an implied warranty, so t his lim it atio n may not apply. No person is auth o rized to
assume for Rockford Fosgat e any other liability in co nnecti on w ith t he sale of t he product.
How to Obtain Service
Please ca ll l -800-669-9899 for Rockfo rd Custom er Servi ce. Yo u m ust obtain an RA# (Retu rn Authorizati o n num ber) to return any prod uct to Roc kfo rd
Fosgate. You are responsible for shipment of p roduct to Roc kfo rd.
