  • Page 4 INSTALLING YOUR NEW TP-LINK VR600v WIRELESS ROUTER Step 1: Open your box and pull out the modem. Make sure you have your username and password, we sent to you via email handy as you will need this when you reach step 9.

    Connect to the Wi-Fi Network name (SSID) as printed on the bottom of the modem as well as your TP-Link Wi-Fi card It should be similar to : “TP-Link_xxxx”. The default Wi-Fi password is also printed at the bottom of the modem and on the wifi card as well.

    CONFIGURING YOUR ROUTER Once you have logged into your modem following the “Logging into your Router” instructions, you can now begin to configure your router. Step 7: Click on the Advanced tab and go to Operation Mode. Step 8: Under Operation Mode select “Wireless Router Mode” and click Save. (The modem will reboot after this then you will need to log in again)
