Important safety instructions

It is important to read and understand the following safety instructions before operating
the Powerline adapter.
> Do not exceed a 2250 Watt load on the adapter.
> The Powerline adapter should only be used in a dry place.
> Do not use the Powerline adapter in bathrooms.
> The Powerline adapter must not be opened by unqualified personnel.
> Do not try to repair the Powerline adapter yourself. You risk being electrocuted!
> Under no circumstances should the Powerline adapter come into contact with water or
other liquids.
> Always use the supplied Ethernet cable to connect the Powerline adapter.
> Do not insert any objects into the openings of the Powerline adapter.
> To shut it off, unplug it from the socket.
> Do not expose the Powerline adapter to direct sunlight.
> Slots and openings on the housing are used for ventilation and must not be blocked or
covered.
> The Powerline adapter must not be set up next to a radiator.
> The Powerline adapter should only be used in places where there is adequate ventilation.
> Before cleaning the housing, disconnect the Powerline adapter from the mains. Never use
water, thinner, benzene, alcohol or other strong detergents to clean the Powerline adapter
as this may damage the housing. Use only a slightly damp cloth.
> In the event of damage, disconnect the Powerline Adapter from the mains and return the
Powerline adapter to the following address:

> The following situations constitute damage:
> if the power cable or plug is damaged.
> if liquid is spilled on the Powerline adapter.
> if an object gets inside the Powerline adapter.
> if the Powerline adapter is exposed to rain or water.
> if the Powerline adapter does not work.
> if the Powerline adapter housing is damaged.
