11 - Software
11.1 - MVCI Software
Install the Honda Diagnostic System (HDS) software according to the Installation Instructions. The MVCI does not come
with a CD. The software and updates are included in the HDS software, and are installed to your PC with the HDS
software. You will be prompted to update your MVCI when you use it with the HDS software on your PC.
11.2 – HDS Software
1. Double-click the HDS shortcut icon on the PC desktop to start the HDS.
2. On the HDS Welcome screen, click the F12 tab.
3. On the Set-up Details screen, check for HDS software version. Make sure the latest version of HDS software is
installed. Check the latest version by logging onto the ServiceExpress website.
