Your dehumidifier is now ready for use. IMPORTANT: THIS UNIT SHOULD NOT BE USED AT TEMPERA TURE BELOW 5°C. Defrost control: Your dehumidifier is equipped with an automatic de-icing mode to defrost the cold coil on which condensation forms during low temperature or low humidity operation.
- Page 3 HOW IT WORKS FIG. 2 Your dehumidifier controls humidity by forcing excess moisture to condense from the air into the unit as it passes over the cooling elements. Contact with this cold surface causes the moisture in the air to condense. This condensed water then drains safely into the water tank.
