Replacing the O-ring on the switch hous-
ing
Remove the 2 slotted head screws (9) at
•
the end of the handle and remove together
with the locking washers (10).
Remove the switch housing (11)
•
Replace the O-ring (12) on the handle
•
housing. Grease the new O-ring slightly
before installing it.
Replace the loosened cable clamps (13),
•
align the switch on the machine head and
fix the switch housing back in place with
the 2 slotted head screws and locking
washers.
6.3 Repair by After-Sales Service
Disconnect the machine from
the power adapter plug and
mains power outlet before all
starting any repair work!

Please note that electric tools may only be

repaired by qualified electricians (accord-
ing to VBG 4), as incorrectly performed re-
pairs can result in considerable danger for
the user.
On request, spare parts lists can be sup-

plied to the repair workshop with qualified
specialist staff.
The gear must be checked following each
•
repair (disassembly) and greased as nec-
essary. Recommended grease:

7 Transport and Storage
The machine must be stored in a dry, well-
ventilated room.
The machine must be cleaned as described in
Chapter 6.1.2 and transported in a dry condi-
tion.
Ensure that the machine is not damaged dur-
ing transport.
8 Returning Products
At the end of their useful service life, return old
machines to the parent company for disposal
