Hold the fish scaler firmly, apply it properly
(see Chapter 3.2)
3.3.2 Operating safety
Hold the unit firmly by the handle.
Do not carry the fish scaler by the switch, it
could start up unintentionally.
Work particularly carefully when the unit is
switched on.
Hold the fish firmly on a solid base and, when
scaling, hold it firmly by the tail.
Scale the fish from the tail towards the head.
Only put the fish scaler down when it has
come to a complete standstill (run-down time
approx. 1-2 s)
4 Assembly
Disconnect the fish scaler
from the mains power supply
before all assembly work.
4.1 Changing the Roller
Use only original EFA spare
parts!
Loosen the hexagonal head bolt and re-

move it together with the locking washer.
Remove the roller and replace a new one,
•
if necessary.
