- Page 3 STEP 1: Attach the Arms (B) to the Side Rails (C). Be sure the hook is fully engaged before continuing with the assembly. STEP 2: Place the Spring Frame (D) onto the ledges on inside of the Side Rails (C). Then using a screwdriver and the Screws (A), attach the Spring Frame (D) to the Side Rails (C) in all 4 corners.
