WARNINGS
• Before using this product, please read the following instructions carefully and retain it for further reference. • RISK OF SUFFOCATION! Keep the plastic bags and other parts of
packaging out of reach of children, because they may be dangerous for them. • The scale is a sensitive electronic instrument. Some devices operated with high frequency, such as mobile
phones, radio stations, remote controllers, microwave ovens may cause interference, if they are in the close proximity of the scale. Keep away from these devices, if you detect irregular
operation on the display. • Protect the device from shocks, damp, dust, chemicals, extreme temperature changes, electromagnetic fields, and direct heat radiation. • Do not place the scale on a
soft surface (such as carpet), as this can lead to inaccurate measurements. • The scale is intended to use only for weighing of persons. • Do not step on the edge of the scale with one leg, because
it can lead to the tipping of it. • Danger of slipping! Do not step on the scale with wet legs! • In order to avoid risk of slipping, make sure the surface is dry, where the bathroom scale is placed. • Do not
jump on the scale, or off from it. • Only for private use. • It is recommended to do the measuring every day at the same time of the day, preferably before breakfast. • Pay attention to the correct polarity by
replacing the battery! • It is forbidden to open, burn or short circuit the batteries! • It is forbidden to recharge the non-rechargeable batteries! Risk of explosion! • The unit and the batteries must not be thrown in
the household waste! • If you do not use the scale for longer period, remove the battery from it. Otherwise liquid can leak out, onto the inner components of the device, causing irreversibly damage.
OPERATION
• The scale can be operated with 1 pc of CR2032 (3V) battery. (included)
• Place 1 pc of CR2032 Lithium battery to the battery compartment at the bottom of the scale. After switching the scale on, choose the desired measuring unit to be displayed, with the help of the button situated next
to the „UNIT" label at the bottom of the scale: kg (kilogram)-lb(font)-st: lb(stone: font).
MEASURING
• It is recommended to do the measuring every day at the same time of the day, preferably before breakfast.
• Place the device to a flat, smooth, hard surface. Do not place on carpet or other soft surface, because the measured weight can be incorrect.
• Press the „SET" button, and wait till the „0.0" value appears on the display.
• Stand up straight on the scale by placing one leg slowly on it first, then the other.
• Stand there for a few seconds, till the measured weight starts flashing first, then it will be displayed continuously indicated.
• After the measuring is completed, the unit will switch off automatically after a few seconds.
USER INFORMATION
• The scale is suitable for measuring body fat and body water percentage. For the usage you have to provide the following data: your age, height and sex. The scale is able to store the data of 10 users at the same
time.
• To enter data, follow the steps, written below:
• Press the SET button and wait, till the „0.0" value appears on the display. Press the „SET" button again, and one of the programmed memories 01 – 10 will be displayed. Furthermore an icon of a man or a woman
and „USER" label will be visible on the display. After this, by using „▲" or „▼" buttons, step the memory position, while the „01" appears on the display. After entering the data of first person, press the „SET"
button to fix it in the memory. The icon of a man or a woman will start flashing on the display.
• You can increase or decrease the age with the same „▲" or „▼" buttons, and fix it with "SET" button. After that the value of height starts flashing in centimetre (cm), feet, or inch, depending on the previously
pre-set measuring unit: kg (kilogram), lb (font), or st:lb (stone:font).
• In case the data of first person has been recorded, wait till "0,0" value appears on the display, and the scale turn off.
• Repeat this procedure with all users, who will use the scale.
WEIGHING, MEASURING BODY WATER AND BODY FAT PERCENTAGE
• After you had entered all required data to the memory, follow the steps below to measure body water and body fat percentage.
• Briefly press the "SET" button, and wait till the „0.0" value appears on the display. Press the „SET" button again, then choose the number which belongs to you with „▲" or „▼" buttons. Wait till the "0.0" appears
again on the display.
• Stand up on the scale and don't move. First your weight will be indicated flashing on the display. Wait for a few seconds. After the body fat will be visible next to

CLEANING
Use a soft, moistened cloth for cleaning the scale, then wipe it dry. Never immerse the scale to water, or rinse under running water. Do not
use aggressive or abrasive cleaners.
ERROR MESSAGES
Indication „EEEE" on the display means, that the carrying capacity of the scale has been exceeded.
The „Err" symbol displaying indicates an error during the measurement of body fat or body water.
In case of „Lo" symbol is displayed, the battery has to be replaced in the device.
Open the cover of the battery compartment at the bottom of the scale and replace the battery (type: CR2032), then put back the cover of the
battery compartment. Pay attention to the polarity by replacing the battery!
