Nelson Warranty
Electronic products are warranted for two (2) years. In the event of such defects,
Robert Bosch T ool corporation will repair or replace, at its option, the product or
the defective part. T his warranty does not extend to damage to a Nelson product
or part resulting from accident, misuse, alteration, neglect, abuse, improper
installation or normal wear and tear to the exterior appearance and color. T he
warranty extends only to the original use of the Nelson product. T his warranty does
not extend to cover losses suffered to plants, animals, landscaping, or increased
water usage in the event of a timer defect or malfunction. If a defect arises in a
Nelson product or part within the warranty period, contact your Nelson Retailer,
Distributor, or Robert Bosch T ool corporation. Robert Bosch T ool corporation
may, at its option, require the product or part to be returned to a Nelson service
point. Robert Bosch T ool corporation will determine whether the claimed defect is
covered by warranty. If coverage is found, the product will be repaired or replaced.
Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for completion of repairs or replacement and return of the
product or part. If a product or part is replaced, the replacement is warranted only
for the remainder of the original or part warranty period. T his warranty gives you
specific legal rights and you may also have other rights from state to state. Robert
Bosch T ool corporation does not authorize any person to create for it any other
obligation or liability in connection with Nelson products.
