Open the main gas shut-off valve and adjust the

12 Sanitize the dispensing system according to the
instructions in the CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

(set between 36°F/2°C and 40°F/4°C) and allow

Make sure that each knob's red collar is

foam, turn the knob(s) slightly counter-clockwise
"blowing foam", turn the knob(s) sightly clockwise
