    IMPORTANT INFORMATION Trampolines are a healthy, fun form of exercise when used properly. Most injuries are caused due to improper use, not because of their construction. Read the following instructions and warnings to ensure the trampoline is safe to use and lasts as long as possible, follow all assembly and maintenance instructions at all times.

The top and bottom parts should align and be inserted into the corresponding top/bottom hole sockets.
  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4 Add all 6 rubber feet (L) to the frame in the indicated locations by screwing the screw (N) into the female bolt (M) with washers (P, O, Q). STEP 5 Connect the springs in the order pictured to make sure that the trampoline mat stretches evenly across the whole frame.
  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 6 Connect the handle bar pieces F to G as pictured for each set by using the push-pin bolts. STEP 7 Connect the handle bars to the frame by inserting them vertically into it and secure them in place with the push-pin buttons.
