REMOVING THE CONTROL MODULE
1. Unplug the chair.
2. Tip the chair forward, resting the headrest on the floor.
3. Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the screw that secures the control module to the chair (Fig.1).
4. Slide the control module to the right, then pull it toward you to remove it from the chair (Fig.2).
5. Remove the cable clamp from the control module (Fig.3).
6. Note which cable is plugged into which receptacle (or mark them), then unplug the three cables from the
