If the A11H*U model is used as a UL Standard Product and CE Marking Conformity Product, you may not
be able to replace the battery pack by yourself due to a standard restriction. Be sure to ask a service
representative.
Replace the battery pack with the following procedure depending on the state of the load device connected to the A11H.

If you can stop the load equipment
Stop the load equipment.
A11H stop.
