Parts List Seat Cushion (1) Legs (4) Cross Rail (1) Short Bolts Long Bolts Spring Washers (8) 1/4"*15mm (4) 1/4"*63mm (4) Flat Washers (8) Allen Key (1) - Page 5 Step 1-- 1.Ensure all parts have been removed from the carton and place on a protected surface or carpet. Check all parts and hardware are the same as the “Parts List”. 2.Insert Legs (2) into Cross Rail (3), making sure the arrow aligned and secure by using Bolt (A) with Spring Washer (C) and Washer (D) by using Allen Key (E).
- Page 6 Step 2-- 1.Attach assembly unit to Seat Cushion (1) as below image. Secured by using Bolt (B) with Spring Washer (C) and Washer (D) by using Allen Key (E). Note: Please do not fully tighten all Bolts until the console is fully assembled.
- Page 7 Step 3-- 1.Place the Chair onto a flat level surface and level the seat frame, once the Chair is level, tighten the Bolts (A) & (B) with Allen Key (F) fully tighten. Periodically (every 90 days) make sure that the bolts are still fully tightened. ATTENTION: Be certain that all screws are fully tightened before using chair.
