Warning and Safety instructions

The drying basket may only be used in a Miele tumble dryer
which has been specified as suitable for its use.
~
Please also read the operating instructions for your Miele tumble
dryer.

To avoid the risk of damage, please also note:
– Do not place other textiles or objects in the dryer at the same time
as using the drying basket. Make sure the drum is empty before
positioning the drying basket.
Otherwise, the drying basket and the tumble dryer could get
damaged when the drum rotates.
– The drying basket must not be set at an angle. It must always be
positioned with the two front prongs fitted in the two outer holes in
the drum opening on the tumble dryer.
– The drying basket must only be used with the programmes listed
in the programme chart.
– All items to be aired or dried must be heat-resistant. If in doubt,
line dry.
– Sleeves, ties and belts, boots etc. must not come into contact with
the drum or with the drum ribs.
Otherwise, these could become entangled and cause damage to
the drying basket and the tumble dryer when the drum rotates.
– The maximum height of an item being dried must not exceed 200
mm.
