Step 2: Assemble the rear wall panels You will find it easier to assemble your shed using sawhorses with timber studs attached (timber needs to be the same length as the shed (3.0m) or alternatively, a trestle table. Place 4 x part S96 (Sheet) on your worktable and then position parts 27I, 27H (top channel) and parts 27C, 27D (bottom channel) to the sheeting by tapping (diagram A) or sliding them into place (diagram B).

Step 2: Assemble the rear wall panels (continued) Now fix parts SC13 and SC12 (mid wall channels) joined by mid wall channel connector to the sheeting with self-tapping screws. Please note that the groove should face downwards. Fix other channels with self-tapping screws. TIP (before applying part 66 (channel connectors)): to help panel and screw holes to line up, fasten screws one at a time from one side of the wall to the other and pull panel away from screw each time to match up holes.

GardenShed 3.0 x 1.2 x 2.05m Step 3: Assemble the side wall panels Place parts 2D and 7D (sheeting) on your worktable and fix part C130 (top channel) and part C128 (bottom channel) to the sheeting by tapping or sliding the channels in. Make sure the small lip of the channel is always facing out. This ensures rainwater cannot build up inside your shed.

GardenShed 3.0 x 1.2 x 2.05m Step 4: Assemble the roof panels Place 4 x part S97 (sheeting) on your worktable and fix 2 x parts 27A and 27B (channel) to the sheeting by tapping or sliding the channels in. Make sure the small lip of the channel is always facing out. This ensures rainwater cannot build up inside your shed. Please note: the groove should face downwards.

Step 5: Assemble the front doors Place part 5A (door sheet) on the worktable. Fit 2 x part 21P (channel) to the top and bottom of the sheet and parts SC29, SC30 (channels) to the sides of the door panel. Once channels are fixed to both doors, align 2 x part U4 (brace) and part W (joining brace) with holes on the back of each door and position temporarily with some tape or simply hold in place. ROOF TOP EDGE RIDGES FACING DOWN 5A / 5F BACK...

GardenShed 3.0 x 1.2 x 2.05m Turn door over with bracing still aligned with holes (make sure the ridges of the door are facing up) and fix the bracing with 3.0 x 10mm rivets through the front of the panel. Assemble the front wall panels Step 6: Place 2 x part SS06 (sheet) onto your worktable and fix 2 x part 22E (channel) to the inside edges of the sheeting with self-tapping screws provided as per the diagram below. GardenShed 3.0 x 1.2 x 2.05m Fix parts 27R, 27Q, C26 (top channels) and parts 27S, 27T, and C26 (bottom channels) using self-tapping screws. Please note: for parts 27R, 27Q, 27S and 27T the small lip should be facing out to stop water building up and leaking into shed. ROOF TOP EDGE RIDGES FACING UP...

Once the top and bottom channels are fixed position parts O2, O1 (top track) and O3, O4 (bottom track) and fix with the provided self tapping screws. Attach part 66A (track connector) on the top and bottom tracks to enhance strength. Note: All screws marked with a cross should not be fixed at this stage.

GardenShed 3.0 x 1.2 x 2.05m Position the doors and ensure the top and bottom channel engage the tracks as you slide them on as per the diagram below. Once doors are sliding freely on the tracks position the doors in a closed position and install parts C4 (hasp & staple) with the provided 4.0 x 10mm rivets.

Fit the panels together. Step 7: Attach the two side walls to the back wall followed by the front wall. Fix all of these components together using the provided self- tapping screws. When attaching the wall panels together also fix parts Z45, Z46, Z19 and Z44 (jamb) to each corner using the provided self-tapping screws as per diagram below.

GardenShed 3.0 x 1.2 x 2.05m Now that the 4 wall panels are fixed together, position the roof in place and fix with the provided self tapping screws. Before fixing the roof to the side walls ensure parts L13 and L14 (lip) are positioned and fixed. Strengthen your mid wall brace by applying part 72 (mid wall brace bracket) to each rear corner.
