• In order to improve working results you may use ac-
cessories (rulers, templates, etc�), in this case move
the cutting torch, dabbing its sidepiece on a template -
you'll achieve the required shape�
• After completion of the work, allow the machine to
cool down, switch it off, disconnect the cables and air
delivery hose, and turn off the compressor�
Machine maintenance / preventive meas-
ures
Before carrying out any works on the machine it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Condensate drain (see fig. 8.2)
The condensate should be regularly drained from pre-
cipitation tank of pressure reducting valve 26� Put a
reservoir under precipitation tank of pressure reducting
valve 26, push button 46 and wait until all the conden-
sate is drained, and then release the button 46 (see
fig. 8.2).
Electrode and nozzle replacement (see fig. 5-6)
Regularly check the condition of electrode 40 and noz-
zle 38�
• If the crater depth on electrode 40 radiating surface
achieves 1,5 mm, electrode 40 should be replaced
(see fig. 5-6).
• If nozzle 38 opening is malformed or enhanced in
diameter, nozzle 38 should be replaced�
• Replacing electrode 40 and nozzle 38 at the
same time is recommended: it will extend their ser-
vice life�
The manufacturer reserves the possibility to introduce changes.
Cleaning of the machine
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term ex-
ploitation of the machine is to keep it clean� Regularly
flush the machine with compressed air thought the
vent holes 1�

Transportation of the machine
• Categorically not to drop any mechanical impact on
the packaging during transport�
• When unloading / loading is not allowed to use any
kind of technology that works on the principle of clamp-
ing packaging�
Environmental protection
Recycle raw materials instead of dispos-
ing as waste.
Machine,
should be sorted for environment-friendly
recycling�
The plastic components are labelled for categorized
recycling�
These instructions are printed on recycled paper man-
ufactured without chlorine�
