Attaching The Hit-A-Way:
1. Attach Top & Bottom Strap
Attach Top Strap 5' to 6' from bottom of pole and Bottom Strap 2'
from bottom of pole.
3. Stance & Positioning
Wind ball once around pole
and pull back toward you.
Touch ball to belly button
(you should be facing the
pole). Back up until the
fat part of your bat cannot
reach beyond the ball.

4. Toss Ball Toward Imaginary Pitcher
With ball centered over home plate, throw ball
forward towards imaginary pitcher until the cord
winds up.

2. Adjust Hitting Height
Adjust the ball to your
desired hitting position to
practice hitting high and
low pitches.
