- Page 2 The VA121 is secured around the backrest or armrest of the frame and is primarily for use on wheelchairs. The VA121S passes entirely around the seat back and is mainly for use with scooters but can also be used with wheelchairs.
- Page 3 (See Fig. 2) VA121S: Form a loop through the buckle at one end of the strap (see Fig. 3), pass this over the arm of the wheelchair and pull the loop tight (Fig. 4). Pass the strap around the back of the wheelchair and make another loop at the other side, again passing this over the arm.
