8. Warranty

This product is shipped with a warranty card. If the product has manufacturing
defects, is damaged or if it was dropped, do not use it. Contact the service hotline
provided on the warranty card.
Solution
Use IC card to turn on
the product.
Use the spare card.
Fully charge the battery.
Press and hold on the button
for about 10 seconds to reset
the product.
Fully charge the battery.
Ride at low speed, return
home and fully charge the
battery.
Use IC card to turn on the
product.Press the button on/off
lights.
Contact the service hotline
provided on the warranty card.
