5.3 Customizing Message Settings

1. From the Home screen, tap Messages.
2. Tap , then:
The following message settings are available:
• Archived: View the message history that has
been archived, pls. make sure the message
have been archived before you using this
function.
• Blocked contacts: You won't receive the call
and message from the number that have been
added in the blocked contacts.
• Messages for web: Scan the QR code on the
computer for the matching between device and
computer, then the user could send and receive
the messages on the computer.
Note: The only website for QR code scanning is:
https://messages.android.com
• Enable dark mode: Enable the dark mode,
and when you are in the dark mode, you could
flick "Disable dark mode" to recover the
daytime mode
• Settings: Customization for your message
function.
• Help & feedback: Seek for help and support.
Text (SMS) messages
Selected the message,Tap , then:
• Add contact: Add new contacts to the
contact.
• Details: Get more information regarding the
message.
• Archive: Archive the messages.
• Delete: Delete the selected messages.
• Help & feedback: Seek for help and support.
