Checklists before reporting a failure of the product
Be sure to check the following before you ask repair.
The product does not operate

Is the battery charged?

Connect the power to charge the product for more than two hours and then press
the operating button.
Water tastes weird.

We recommend you clean the inside once a week.

Did you use tap water?
Measure
It might smell disinfectant if you use tap water while cleaning the product. While it
is not harmful to human body, it is better to use chlorine remover (optional).
The product stops suddenly during operation.

The battery might be low.
Measure
Use the charger to charge the product for more than two hours.
Hydrogen (bubbles) is not generated.

Did you use water that does not contain minerals (reverse osmotic pressured
water)?
Measure
Use recommended water such as drinking water and then press the operation
button.
The amount of hydrogen (bubbles) is different.

Did you use different kinds of drinking water or the temperature?

The amount of hydrogen can vary depending on water quality or temperature.
