    Środki ostrożności Zawartość alkoholu w wydychanym powietrzu może zmienić się na przestrzeni kilku minut. Urządzenie wymaga kilkuminutowej przerwy między pomiarami. Wiele czynników (np. pozostałości gazu w powietrzu, dym oraz różne zapachy w ustach, itd.) może wpłynąć na zawartość alkoholu w wydychanym powietrzu, dlatego odczyt stanowi jedynie wartość informacyjną.

    Breathalyzer AD-04 is a portable personal breathalyzer that allows you to exami- ne the concentration of alcohol in your breath. The device is equip- ped with an electrochemical sensor that involves the reaction of platinum with ethanol. AD-04 personal breathalyzer is a guarantee of stable operation and accurate measurements.

    Operation Turning on / off Press the ON/OFF button, to turn on the device. To turn the device off, when the screen displays „ALCO”, press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 2 seconds. Measuring the concentration of alcohol in breath: Insert the mouthpiece into the breathalyzer.
  • Page 12 Insert the mouthpiece Press the ON/OFF button, to start the test. Note: - when the results are shown on the LCD, (see the above picture), you can use the “UP / DOWN” buttons to check previo- us readings.
  • Page 13 Important information • When you exceed the maximum time of the test (MAX TEST), the screen shows „500 & LOCK” and starts to blink. It means the device needs to be calibrated. The cali- bration is needed, so that the test results are correct.
  • Page 14 Precautions The concentration of alcohol in breath may change within several minutes. The device requires a few minutes interval between tests. Many factors (e.g. gases in the air, smoke and various substances in human mouth etc.) may affect the BAC level, so the readings are for reference only.
