Remove the LCD panel

Make sure the following FRU (CRU) have been removed.
"Remove the lower case" on page 28
"Remove the upper case" on page 39
Step 1. Remove the bezel cap.

Step 2. Pull out the removable tapes.
Note: The removable tapes can not be reused.
