3/4 Hole Saw and Drill
1. Remove the trunkrest pad by removing six
Phillips screws (Figure 1), then lift up the trunk-
rest pad and unplug (Figure 2).
2. Disconnect the three clamps on the wire
harness keeper by squeezing the clamp and then
push out through the hole (Figure 3).
3. If you have the optional trunk light, remove it
from your OEM trunk. See owner's manual if
necessary.
4. Tape together the end of the trunk light wire to
the provided zip tie (Figure 4).
5. Route the zip tie down through the hole in the
Corbin trunk lid (Figure 5) and pull out through
the other side of the lid (Figure 6). Remove the
zip tie.
6. Secure the light housing to the Corbin trunk,
using the supplied Allen bolts and flat washers
(Figure 7).
7. If you haven't done so aleady, remove the
trunk lid by removing the six Allen bolts (three on
each side), using a 6mm Allen wrench (Figure 8).
NOTE: Open lid and remove the last bolts on
each side because the lid may spring up on you.

  • Page 2 8. Remove the catch brackets on the OEM lid with a Phillips screwdriver and install them on the Corbin trunk lid, using the supplied Allen bolts and flat washers (Figure 9). OPTIONAL LUGGAGE RACK INSTALLATION: 9. Tape the top of the trunk with painters tape where you will be drilling holes for the luggage rack (Figure 10).
  • Page 3 6mm Allen bolts and 6mm flat washers (Figure 20). Use a mild strength loctite®. 21. Install the Corbin trunk lid by using the supplied 6mm x 16mm Allen bolts, lock washers and flat washers (three bolts on each side). Do Not Tighten.
