BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Remove any labels, stickers or packaging from the steam station and iron soleplate.
Remove the water tank and rinse with clean water.
• Before using the iron for the first time, or if it's not been used for a long time, iron a scrap piece
of cotton or linen to remove any accumulated residues.
• The iron may give off an odour and small amount of vapour when switched on for the first time.
This is normal and will stop as the element cures.
FILLING
You may fill the water tank with tap-water, however if you live in a hard water area, you should use
distilled water (not chemically descaled or softened water).
