Set the DISPLAY switch to ON.

Set the PLAY/CAMERA/OFF
switch to CAMERA.
The record lamp is lit.

Set the WB switch and FLASH
switch according to the lighting
conditions.
When using a strobe, be sure to
set the FLASH switch to ON
(white balance of 5400K is
obatined).
When not using a strobe, set the
FLASH switch to OFF, and set
the WB switch to the appropriate
position.
Switch setting and the obtained
white balance are as shown in the
table.

Selecting the picture
resolution
The picture quality is selected using
the picture resolution mode button.
The number of pictures that can be
taken depends on the resolution. Up
to 30 pictures can be taken with high
resolution, or up to 120 pictures with
standard resolution.
For high-resolution pictures, the
multiple-picture function is available.

Point the camera to the subject,
and adjust the frame, iris and
focus.
Press the release button on the
camera, or the button on the
remote release.
The record lamp starts flashing
slowly. Once the picture is stored
in memory, flashing stops.
