• The Eco-Flow is supplied with a filter foam set (E), you can also add biological filter media (Activated Carbon, Crystal Clear or Crystal Max).
Replacement sponges and biological filter media are available at your SuperFish dealer.
• After cleaning first place the bottom grid correctly into the filter, then place the filter foam-set in the correct order (first white filter wool, next the
black sponge, followed by the yellow sponge and the blue sponge) now place the top grid, so there is space between the lid and the foam set (see
fig. 2).
• Install the pump on the side of the filter, ensuring that the supplied O-ring to avoid leakage is correctly positioned.
• Install outlet U-bar in the aquarium, select your outlet, the spray bar(I) or the jet spray(H).
• Install the Inlet tube(F) make sure it has the desired height (see page 2).
• Connect the hoses to the inlet and outlet tube and to the filter (see page 2), make sure the valve is closed (fig. 3).
• Fill the filter with clean tap water up to the top and close the filter. Make sure that the rubber seal in the lid is in the right position.

secure the hose to the Outlet U-Bar (G).
• Open the valve and plug the pump into mains, the filter will start working. If the aquarium water does not start flowing, check if the filter pot is filled
with water and repeat filling the hose with aquarium water, check all the tube and hose connections to make sure that they are securely fastened.

Maintenance

• Clean filter 1 x per month or as soon as there is a significant flow decrease indicating that the filter needs cleaning.
• Turn of the filter by unplugging it from the power socket.
• Close the valve on the inlet-connector, disconnect the filter for cleaning.
