Most loader problems are a result of a dirty filter, air leaks or improper adjustments. These
items should be checked before assuming equipment failure.

Air leaking into system
Low pressure
No voltage through switch
Chamber not filling sufficiently
Chamber over-filling
Insufficient to clean filter
Insufficient to allow complete
emptying of chamber
Correct voltage at solenoid

Investigate

SOLUTION
Check incoming power
voltage at outlet
Replace switch
See A,B, & L
Replace filter
(Also see G & J)
Remove obstruction
Replace gaskets & repair
leaks as necessary
Increase pressure
(not to exceed 125 psi)
Replace switch
Increase load time
Decrease load time
Increase rate
Increase time
Replace solenoid
