3. The example of repair

3-1. How to Remove IC

1) Warm IC by hotblow.
2) Warm all pins of IC generally.
3) Sometimes check condition
of IC with tweezers.
4) If solder gradually will melt, tweezers
is inserted little by little between IC
and P.C.B.
5) IC clamps the location where there
is not pin with tweezers.
6) Remove IC slowly, while confirming
whether solder is melting.
7) Complete.
Note : Please handle with care to re-
move ICs. Because, there are possibil-
ity that P.C.B breaks and also some pins
of IC bends, when remove IC forcibly.
