While count value is below level of Set-1, Out-1 is active and then Out-1
is inactive when on top of it. Out-2 is active when on top of SET-2 value
and OUT-2 is inactive after reaching below the SET-2 value. Count value
and outs will be reset when comes RESET.
At this mode, TOUT-2 should be selected as term. OUT-1 is active
during TOUT-1 period at count value exceeds the each value of the
SET-1 and OUT-1 is inactive at the end of TOUT-2 period. Count value
and outs will be reset when comes RESET.
TOUT times should be selected as HOLD. OUT-1 is active until count
value reaches the value of the SET-2 and OUT-2 is inactive when
reaches. OUT-2 is active until count value reaches the value of the SET-
1 and OUT-1 is inactive when reaches.
