Check the pressure regulator, safety pressure limiter
and temperature controller (standby) for function and
correct adjustment.

Enter the amount of top-up water and the total hard-
ness of the feed and boiler water into the table on
page 23.
The total hardness of the feed and top-up water must
not exceed the total of alkaline earths of 0.015 mmol/l.

Commissioning, inspection, maintenance
The control disc must swing freely during burner oper-
ation.
During adjustments, observe the minimum heating out-
put. Set the minimum heating output for the base load
stage according to the actual chimney conditions.
Raise the operating pressure to the response pressure
or manually vent when 85 % of the response pressure
has been reached.
Set the temperature controller (standby) to at least
95 °C.
The pH value should be higher than 9.
