• After you have completed the connection, be sure to set "DOLBY DIGITAL" to "DOLBY DIGITAL" (page 84)
and "DTS" to "DTS" (page 85). Otherwise, no sound or a loud noise will come from the speakers.
• When you connect an amplifier (receiver) that conforms to the 96 kHz sampling frequency, set "48kHz/96kHz
PCM" to "96kHz/24bit" (page 85).
• SACD audio signals are not output from a digital jack.

This connection will use your 2 front speakers connected to your stereo amplifier (receiver) for
sound. If the stereo amplifier (receiver) has audio input jacks L and R only, use
