CAUSE
No electrical
power to
Grinder
Undersized or
too long of an
extension cord
Grinding Wheel
contacting I.D.
of Grinding
Guide and
binding
Diamond Grind-
ing Wheel is
damaged
Arbor may be
bent or dam-
aged
Wheel is not
concentric
Excessive
pressure being
applied to
tungsten
Dirt and debris
buildup in
motor cooling
air slots
CORRECTION
Check 120 VAC input plug connection.
Use only 16 gauge or larger cord.
Limit length to 25'.
Adjust 4 Set Screws of Grinding Guide to center
on Grinding Guide.
This is an extremely dangerous condition!
Stop Use and replace Diamond Grinding Wheel!
Replace Arbor.
Replace Wheel.
Allow Diamond Grinding Wheel to cut by rotation
alone. Do Not Force.
Use a brush or compressed air to remove debris.
