MACHINE COMPONENTS The slicing and portioning machines of the IC series were designed for the cutting of meat, chops, fish, cheese and cold cut whose slice thickness can be preselected. Depending on the structure of each single product to be cut the cutting process is executed by a rotating (plain or cogged) single or double blade.
2. Transportation of the goods to be cut The goods to be cut being transported by the forward feed are distinguished by a light barrier. Then the grab starts moving and grabs the good to be cut at the preselected position and pushes it to the cutting area.
3.4 CONTROL ELEMENTS Once the mains have been switched on the following appears in the display: 3.4.1 EXPLANATION OF KEY PAD LEFT SIDE MIDDLE RIGHT SIDE Start Comma for slice thickness down Stop Erase field Change parameter + Forward Memory button Change parameter - Return 1 x cutter rotation...
3.4.2 READING ON DISPLAY Program Number is shown on the display, for activation please enter program no. and the adjustment will be shown the display. (Programming: see Cap. 5).
